I updated my phone number and still can't login the app

I recently had my number changed. I went online and updated the number on my PayPal account. However, everytime I log into the app, I add my phone number and it won't let me login in.

I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance. You can contact them by visiting to PayPal website click Contact Us > Password and Account Access > Login Issues.
