I've been unable to get a facial photo approved to gain full access to my account. The Oval facial process doesn't seem to be working for me at least.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
- I cant log in to old account in Security and Fraud
- 2-way authentication stuck to old primary email I deleted. in Managing Account
- Bank account linking failed as I entered deposit amounts incorrectly three times. in Wallet
- Bank details not accepted in Managing Account
- Lost access to former email and PayPal account where my current bank account is still assigned to in Managing Account
