Can I open a business account with a Romanian business? If so, how? They ask for my EIN and we don't have that in Romania. If I put my business identification
You can't use another countries paypal account. Paypal is country specific so you have to open a Paypal account registered in the country where you live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
