Cant login to account as I changed my phone number

Hi. I have a big problem. I have changed my phone number, and I am not able to log into my Paypal account, as I cannot receive messages or answer the calls. I have cheked the help pages, but I cant find the way to enter mu account. Can you help me please? Thanks

Use the guest phone option.
