How to withdraw USD from PayPal account without converting it to another currency?

Hello, card that I have connected to my account supports multiple currencies but when I try to withdraw USD from my PayPal, it insists to convert USD to GEL with a very, very bad rate. I'd like to withdraw USD directly without any conversion but can not find any setting that'd help me set this.

Kindly note to withdraw USD from your PayPal account without converting it to another currency, you need to link a US bank account to your PayPal and initiate a withdrawal directly to that account. Please ensure the bank account is set to receive funds in USD to avoid any automatic conversions by PayPal.

For further help reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
