How to switching off ALL Marketing Preferences

How do I unsubscribe from all Marketing Preferences as hitting 'Unsubscribe from all' uchecks every preference option but will not 'Save'.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. I know it must be frustarting. It sounds like you are may be experiencing a technical issue when trying to update your email preferences. 

I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, or try following the step below using an alternative browser. 

To set your email notification preferences:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com
2. Click the Settings icon at the top of the page.
3. In the blue bar near the top of the page, click Notifications.
