how do I stop the very annoying emails from paypal?

Does anyone know how to stop the constant bar-age of emails that come from paypal? They are marketing various offers from different companies. I must get two a day. I went into my preferences and notifications and cant seem to find where this is to stop.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused! Here’s how to update your email notification preferences :

Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".
Click Notifications.
Click the envelope icon to the right of the email types you want to receive.
