How can I reset my password if this pops up on my business account?

I recently upgraded to a business account (by accident) and I forgot my password but every time I try to send a password rest, I always get the "sorry we couldn't confirm its you." Screen Shot 2022-09-16 at 12.28.44 AM.png

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

 

I do understand your frustration with this. If you have forgotten your password, you can follow the steps here to reset it.

 

If you still continue to experience confirming your identity, you will need to contact our Customer Support. To contact is while logged out, simply click here and then on Passwords and account access. Then click on Login issues, and there you should see the option to contact us while logged out.
