Even though my settings show my new email, PayPal sends email to my obsolete email. All of the automated help services don't seem to expect this question, and promised call-backs never happen.
They keep telling me to change my email in settings. Yes, I did that before searching for help. But I keep getting email to the email service I want to shut down.

When you added the new one did you make it the 'primary' email address? Did you confirm it afterwards?
Also have you checked by clicking on settings (icon next to log out) and then notifications in the band at the top and made sure its the correct one?
Advice is voluntary.
