Error signup new account

I want to signup with my vietnamese phone number, but the page keep loading and I do not receive any message to continue.

What should I do to register a new account with my phone number ?

Thank you for making a post. 

I see you're facing issues signing up for a PayPal account using Vietnam phone number. In order to use a Vietnamese number, you will have to reside in the same country. You can click on sign up option and enter your details to create an account. If you face issues with the site, download the PayPal app on your phone and try to sign up. If you face issues, contact PayPal directly and they should be able to help you.
