I am attempting to enter my paypal information into the WPForms Settings. A Paypal box pops up and, after entering user ID and password, then asks me for beneficial ownership information. I enter it but I get an error for mismatch.

The information I have entered is correct. However, as a 501(c)(3), we are exempt from the fincen reporting requirements, which is what this looks like. I had to enter beneficial ownership information for an S-corp I own, so I am familiar with the requirements, and have verified that a 501(c)(3) nonprofit is exempt from this. So far Paypal support on the phone is unable to help as they cannot see anything is wrong. Indeed I cannot either when I look under account settings > Business information. There is no place to enter beneficial ownership information. Any thoughts? I have screenshots but I don't seem to be able to include attachments.
