Do I need a Small Business account or just a personnel account to sell parts of my Hobby Collection?

I am new to this! I'm trying to sell parts of my Hobby Collection, which is Model Railroading, and I have a question. Can I just use my personnel PayPal Account to do this or do I need to set up a Business Account?
