When I log in I use the Authenticator app for 2FA.
When I pay something, PayPal sends an SMS for payment authorization. This is extremely unreliable and there are days when messages don't get delivered. I already have 2FA, why do I need 3FA with an SMS? It's ridiculous.
Is there a way to disable SMS payment authorization?
