Correct login and password, but I can't login

Hello, I have problem to logged in again. I have two different valuta, so therefore I must have two different emails and Paypal. I have new phone with new Paypal app and new Google Authenticator app.

 

Laptop: https://www.paypal.com/signin
We're sorry, we can't log you in. Contact customer service for more help, or try logging in again. -> The only way is to call paypal, not email.
Email / Password -> Log In
Enter your code Enter the 6-digit security code from your authenticator app -> Continue - I haven't got the 6 digits code,

  • not my phone Authenticator,
  • not my email (inbox/spam)
  • and not my SMS.

Having trouble logging in? Receive a text Mobile ‪+XX X•• •• XXX‬ -> Next
Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you - Already have confirmed that is me.


Mobile: PayPal app
Email / Password -> Log In

Having trouble logging in? then from the start again.

 

Also, with the phone number I try with a friend who has no Paypal.

Phone number -> Change -> Confirm -> Please check and try again or You have entered an invalid phone number. So I can't change the phone either.

How can I have my email and password work again on laptop and phone?

Call PayPal as guest:

  1. https://www.paypal.com/th/smarthelp/contact-us     
  2. Click Password and account access.    
  3. Click Login problems.    
  4. Click Call Us after the “This information might help” box.    
  5. Click “call us as guest” link.
