Changed my account from personal to business and can't change it back.

I can't send f&f to my friends and family yet can receive. My account is handicapped like that in some ways and so I tried to make it a business account in the hopes I would get more choices. Now I'm afraid I'll suffer taxes for gifts. I cannot find a way to change to a personal account again. Please help.

Customer service has to downgrade the account for you:
