Cancelling account

I'm trying to cancel my account but it keeps saying I have a pending transaction. I've checked my latest payments and they've all went through, came out of my bank and the other person has received payment. I've contacted chat and emailed paypal and I'm getting the same answer but no one is able to tell me what this transaction is or find it. Anyone have problems like this before?

Check your account to see if there are any outstanding active subscriptions.

I've deleted all subscriptions already and still didn't work.

When you pay a seller its never instant, paypal CREDIT the seller upfront and paypal wait for the processing bank transfer ie echeque to complete.

It takes 5-7 days to go via ACH in batches but may leave your bank account after a few hours/days, that does not mean paypal have received it yet.

All bank transfers are echeques and who takes the 'wait' for clearance is dependent on type of payment etc.

That may ne it then. I assumed because it's my debit card attached to my account that the money transferred as soon as it left my account. Thank you

In your first post you said bank and not debit card, if it was debit card then you are correct it should be pretty prompt clearance, its only an echeque from a bank account.

Maybe give c.s. a call to check your account for you if you have checked subscriptions as @Grimreepr advised.
