I am living in the Netherlands but want to add a shipping address with family in the US (so I can combine shipments and save on transportation costs). This seems to be an issue. When adding a new address it will not allow me to do that for a different country than what I live in. I saw in the archive this question came up years ago but would hope this has been resolved right now...?
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You can't add an international address to a country specific paypal account unfortunately.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
