Account restricted after uploading valid documents

Hello, this morning I opened an account and I uploaded a picture of my driver's license to confirm my identity, however, immediately afterwards, I got an email saying that since I'm "under 18" I can't use paypal, but I am 18 and have been since February. How can I fix this?

I think the point may be ...were you 18 when you opened your paypal account? Because if you were under 18 then it wouldn't matter if you were 30 now it would still be seen by paypal as an illegally opened minor account and permanently limited.

I opened the account yesterday and I turned 18 in february this year

In that case phone customer services to appeal and request the re-opening of your paypal account as someone couldn't add?
