I tried to upload my bank statement to verify Proof of Address - POA so that the paypal customer support could help me appeal the permanent limited but they keep saying "Unexpected error occurred" even those I got everything right and a clear picture. Please help me I don't want my account got ban. I'm trying my best to appeal this decision because I do nothing wrong
