Does Confirm Identity takes very long time?

Almost a week ago, Paypal send me an email telling me that i need to upload document for identification purpose due to my account having over XXXX MYR, a similar email was sent to me again on the next day(roughly 4 days ago). I already sent the photo of my identification card(front and back), and E-statement of bank through the Paypal App. However I still havent receive any word from Paypal email or anything. It has been over 2 days already(according to the Frequent Asked Question it said only about 2 days and the confirmation will be done). I tried to phone Customer Service during working time hours but nobody accept the call. What do I do?

I would allow a couple of weeks if they are busy at this time.
