Any tips on how to get out of Pay Pal jail?  I was locked out because someone made a fraud charge on my account several years ago. I have had people pay me, but it is sitting in limbo.  I submitted all of my info and it said they would reach out within 5 days.  It is not almost a year later and I still cannot get ahold of anyone.  It has to be illegal to keep my money and not give me a way to access it.

I would try there, or try the online chat when it is available.

I would like to, but I am locked out of submitting that or opening a chat.  I am in some type of loop that I cannot get out of.

Try a different Web browser?  If that fails, try logging out of PayPal and requesting "help" then "contact us" feature.  Choose your method of contact that way.  Try this on different web browsers as well if the first one fails.

Are you over 18? Is the account in your legal name? Do you live in the U.S as you have a U.S paypal account?
