This is a becoming a real pain. I try to login using a particular phone/device. Then I have to enter a "secret" code that you have sent to the same device that I am using to login! What the ? Please explain how does that in ANY way whatsoever "confirm that it's me"? Please.

 

Anyway, I am having a problem with that so that I cannot in fact log in at all. I try to find answers on this site and lo and behold it's the same level of non-functional nonsense. I have to search generic posts from other people before I am allowed to post my question. Your system obliges me to. Then I am obliged to write my question in such a way that you are happy with it or the my post is in error. If it is in error then I have to remedy it and re-do the "prove your not a robot" BS. Isn't it about time you proved that YOU'RE not a robot? Oh, you can't.

 

The basic point is that many people are suffering from this same error, an error on YOUR part, and yet you make it exceedingly difficult for them to get information about and as far as I can tell you make little effort to directly answer their questions.

 

I, for one, am thoroughly **bleep** off.

And why does my question appear to be lumped in with other questions as if they are some sort of "thread"?

I can certainly understand how cumbersome it can be to get through all those security checks.
