We are getting problem with when buyer want to change ship to address from paypal site instead of default address. but buyer not able to change address it is only showing default address. and change address section is blocked customer can not change the address. is there any setting to change address. I'm testing the site with sandbox details. when customer want change address from paypal then address is disable drop down not showing for change address. it is showing message like This is the address provided by Test Store. You can change it on the Test Store site.
