postal code is right! La Paz Bolivia - PayPal doesn't want to add new card!

PayPal doesn't allow me to add my address in La Paz Bolivia. He thinks that my zip code is wrong. But it is not! And no option to tell about it to PayPal. Can anyone help me. What is wrong with PayPal?!!

That’s because your account is created in Russia (RU)! 🤦🤦🤦🤦

 

If using a Bolivia address, open a PayPal Bolivia (BO) account.
