Hello I’m bryar from kurdistan iraq, i want ask when paypal will be available in iraq? We can’t doing online business, Please give us good news, the banking system in Iraq has improved a lot this year?

And you are not supposed to access PayPal services from a country that is not on the permitted countries list.
