I am sorry to hear you are having issues accessing your account. I know this must be frustrating. To get this sorted, you will need to contact our customer support directly.
This can be done by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page, then click Password and access issues, and then Login problems. There you will be able to contact our customer support without having to login.
