A paypal account was created for our local travel baseball team for which I was previously head coach. My name is still listed as the account owner and I'd like to transfer it to our treasurer. It is unclear to be how to do this. Can anyone help me understand the steps in the process?

Hello @thaas3,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! If your business is changing ownership, you can change the contact’s name on your PayPal business account. The contact’s name must be the owner's name, not the name of the business. Here's how to change the contact’s name:
1. Click Account owner information under Profile.
2. Click Change beside “Name.”
3. Select 'Your contact name has changed' and click Continue. You'll see a list of the supporting documents we need to change the contact’s name.
Once you have the documents ready, click Upload Documents to send them to us.
Good luck with your name change!
