facial verification, phone screen just goes blank, anyone else with this same issue

It seems the pay pal app does not work, unable to get any help from the technical support as well, besides advising me to use another platform, this is absurd.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
