cant log in to an old account in order to remove linked bank

i opened a new paypal account today

i want to link my bank but its already linked to my old account

so i tried to log in into that old account, i remember the email and password correctly but it wont let me log in, saying something went wrong

i tried to find a way to contact paypal for direct help but i didnt find an email adress or any useful conatact method

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited. 

So your best bet is to reach out to customer services and see if they can help you access the old account / remove any bank or cards from it and close it for you freeing up your bank or card for your new account.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
However do not contact Social Media for any account issues as they will tell you to contact customer services as they can't advise on account issues apparently !
