How to delete and remove PayPal account that is using a Gmail account that I can not recover

Just ask PayPal to close the account. They’ll have to verify information on the account to ensure you are the account holder though. Then open a new account

Scroll down to click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option on the bottom.
