Wrong name and the customer service didn't help, what can I do?

I have an issue with my name on the account which prevents me from doing any transactions, anyway I tried to change it multiple times and even contacted the customer support and one of the agents promised it will be changed but the spelling is still wrong, what an idiotic system they have, and the CS team was so unprofessional, idk why are they using their own translation to spell my name, anyone with previous experience can help me on what to do!?
Note: the issue is theirs, they have misspelled my name ( not entirely wrong) but I can't use this misspelled name in any transactions

You can only change your name if there is a 2 character typo OR for legal reasons ie marriage for example.
If you spelt your name wrong (and only you input your name when you open a paypal account) then you may have to close that account and open one with your correct legal name.
Advice is voluntary.
