Hi @ivywangui
I understand that you are unable to add new email address to your PayPal account. You can add up to 7 email addresses to your PayPal account. Each email address can be added to one PayPal account at a time. Here is how to add email address.
If you are still unable to add email address, then I suggest you to contact our PayPal customer support directly.

I know how to link a new address, but my PayPal account has a problem which needs to be resolved.
