When completing the verification form, it won't let me add a non-US address

I've created a new business account but need to verify my account by adding an address. But when I try to enter my UK address it automatically thinks I'm in the US and asks me to enter a US state. So far when creating my account it hasn't asked me to enter my country, so I'm not sure why it thinks I'm a US resident. How can I fix this?

You inadvertently opened a US account so close the account if your account is not limited. If you need to, contact customer services, let them know the account was opened under the wrong country asking them to close it for you:
