What is the support e-mail address? [removed] does not work

Hi, I was told by customer support that I can contact Paypal via [removed] . 

But e-mails are returning. What is the actual e-mail?

The transaction issue is complicated and involves people from different countries speaking different languages. We cannot resolve it by phone.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Thank you for your reply, @kernowlass . These options do not work, as the payment sender, my family member, does not speak English.

We need a transaction record from PayPal, and I as a receiver cannot get this.

PayPal support didn't send her a record as promised, so we need to send a written request with both e-mail addresses in a copy.

Then use option 3 which is the same as email but done within your paypal account.

I did try, but always get "try later".

And again, as I was told by PayPal, they cannot share the payment sender's details with me.
