Upload my drivers license for verification, not the size needed.

I cannot upload my drivers license to be verified on PayPal. It says jpeg format but it still won't load for verifacation.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're unable to upload your driver's license to complete verification. Have you double-checked the document you're trying to upload is under 7mbs large? 

If that's not the issue, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance.
