Update or Change Cell phone Number

Which cell phone numbers or service providers are not accepted on the PayPal account? For instance, will PayPal accept the cell phone numbers from the following cell phone providers, Google Fi and Mint mobile? Thanks.

I'm currently an owner of a Google Fi and I can't provide my Fi number to Paypal. I'm getting "This number can't be used right now".

I'm trying to contact the tech support and find out why is that.
