Unable to login and unable to contact customer care by phone

Hi,
I have been trying to login to my account for days, but with no succes! 2FA fails reporting:
"Er is aan onze kant iets fout gegaan. Wegens problemen kunnen we uw verzoek op dit moment helaas niet verwerken. Probeer het over enkele ogenblikken opnieuw."
In english:
"Something has gone wrong on our end. Due to problems, we are unfortunately unable to process your request at this time. Please try again in a few moments."
I do not have any alternative login options.
When contactting custumer support via [removed], the call is aborted after going throughs several menu option.
In short: I can't get to my money!!!
Please help.

The part where you have said I tried contacting ? has been removed so not sure who you have tried contacting but if you cannot get into your account and you have Facebook go in and look up PayPal on there and send them a message and they will help that way or ask for the contact number to call PayPal. I find calling PayPal is the best way to get things fixed

The removed part is the phone number of the Dutch customer service. Somuch for getting support by phone…
