Trouble logging in

I tried to make purchase, but it never went through - I think the vendor is out of business...

 

Now I get this message whenever I try to log in:  You've been inactive for a while, so we logged you out to help protect your account. Please return to the merchant and restart the payment process.

 

The only way I can get into my account is to find an email from paypal and click the link that's in there.

In this type of situation, the only option is to contact our customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can help you accordingly.  Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
