Hello,
I was asked to complete the Identity Confirmation but at the last step it gives an error: We're sorry. Something went wrong! It seems it is a technical problem.
Please fix that problem.

Actually, I reached the call center 3 days ago about this problem. They told me that I need to upload proof of ID and another proof for the company.
I uploaded the documents that day but still, there is no change in the status.
And also, please see the attachment, I had written my last name wrongly by mistake. However, I cannot revise it now.
I need to say that I am a little bit disappointed about Paypal's support. I wouldn't expect that.
And yes, I cleared all the cookies and used incognito mode. I did empty cache and hard reload as well.

@Doyuk, It usually takes 5-7 Business days to review the documents submitted by you. Once the review gets complete, you will be updated the details of the review via email. I recommend you to wait till the required time frame.
You can review the details about updating the name in your account here. You can also contact us by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for additional assistance.

The name problem is not about my personal details. The name on my profile is correct.
The problem is about the name that I mistakenly entered while filling out the forms for Identity Confirmation Dashboard. But I cannot revise those forms now. There is no back button. Unbelievable.
