Setting up accounts

// my friend has opened an account for somebody else but she needs their information to confirm ID etc. She has decided to change the account information to her own so she can confirm it but that requires a name change too. if she changes the name of her friend account to her own, sends proof of ID etc, will this be ok? we are still new to the app so are still getting used to things and don’t want to mess anything up lol!

You can't change a paypal account personal name to another person.

She should not be setting up an account for someone else.

If the person she is setting it up for is in a country where paypal is not supported then it won't work.
