I want to be able to allow my secondary user to make card payments on my behalf using the Business PayPal account.
Is this is possible and if so, how do I set it up?
Currently she cannot even login to Pay with Paypal using the secondary user access. She can however login to the PayPal website itself.
Any help appreciated.

Hello @DTG32,
Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting!
I am sorry to hear about the experience that the secondary user has had while logging into the account. In this case, the best way to have this resolved is by contacting our customer support through the available contact options on our website or via Facebook or Twitter so that our advisors can help accordingly. Once the user has the access to their account, they should be able to make transactions without hassle.
Regards,
Ayesha
