SMS 2FA - does not sent from paypal

I can't login to my account, because I don't receive any sms messages from paypal to enter the 6-digits code I contacted with my SIM carrier and they told me that the issue from paypal side so, any solutions ?

Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum! I can understand how it can be a bit concerning when you don't receive the verification text to login to your PayPal account. Normally, if you don’t receive that SMS, we recommend reaching out to your mobile phone carrier to make sure they have short-code text messaging turned on.
