Repeated Error Messages when Uploading Files to Verify Business Account

I have been trying to provide the information that is being requested to verify a business account in order to receive funds on hold (Photo ID, proof of fulfillment, proof of purchase etc.) but when I try to upload the files, it gives me an error message and asks me to try later. This has been going on for a few days now, and I have even tried using different computers, laptops, and mobile browsers and no luck. Do you know why this might be happening?
