I can not get through face verification and it has been months. I try every day 5or more times a day. This is crazy. The damn thing makes you look like a monster to began with. What else am I to do.

Welcome to the PayPal Community. I'm sorry to hear you've been running into some issues logging into your account. I might recommend logging into your account just with your email and password, and then setting up the face ID verification after you've successfully logged in. If you're still running into issues after that, I'd try resetting the face ID information on your device. That normally does the trick.
