Problems logging in

Hello,

I have problems with login to my PayPal account. Whenever I try to login, I get the following message "Some of your info isn't correct. Please try again." I tried by clicking "forgot password" and repeatedly got the message "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again." This has been going on for a few days, so I created a new account. I tried paying with my new account and couldn't. Maybe, because my card is linked to another account. Tried to add my bank account and couldn't, because my bank account is already linked to my old account.

I hope you can help me and thanks in advance.

You are only allowed a maximum of 2 paypal accounts and only then if x1 is a personal account and the other x1 is a business account.

If you have 2 or more of the same type you risk them all being limited.

So your best bet is to contact customer services to help you regain access to your original account and close the new one?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
