I've received an email from Paypal asking me to log in and accept conditions to the Paypal Thailand Relaunch Agreement but when I log in I can see no link to that agreement. I am fearful that if I do not accept my account will be locked or I will not be able to use my Paypal Thailand account as normal. How can I access the correct page?
