Hi all, so am feeling quite frustrated since last night. I have been try for hours on end to link my paypal to MPESA...and everytime I get a reject of that my paypal and MPESA cant link because my accounts dont belong to the person....both paypal and MPESA are under my names as it appears on my national ID..my phone number and email.....av even taken copies of my ID and submitted to paypal...just so as to know where the disconnect is...somebody help me please
Based on the error you're receiving, it sounds like your information does not match 100% between MPESA and PayPal. For the transfer to complete, the name and rest of the info must match exactly.

Hi i am also experiencing problems with linking mpesa to PayPal i have submitted my ID details but its four days now and no reply from PayPal on updating my profile
The problem is you earlier on opened your account with business account but now you arelogging in with personal. Thats the reason you get the error. Mine now works, just close the account or log in by changing account types
Well closing the account while I have my balance in the account ..is that means after opening another account I’ll get my money back? And if that so how after closing the first account.. pls help

Kindly assist am trying to link my PayPal account to my mpesa but I find it difficult when I add up my my Mpesa number it keeps on saying the paypal and mpesa doesn't belong to the same person and details on both accounts are correct according to my names on my ID card kindly assist.
