There is some strange error going on, if someone goes to www.paypal.com it automatically redirects to about:blank page on all browsers and all devices. I have tried restoring my laptop I've tried restarting my phone I've tried all my handheld devices including my laptop and different browsers within those prospective devices to no avail and resulting this redirect issue this is a new error.
