PayPal keeps going to make a business account

ignore the random browser saves

no matter what link I go to regarding paypal, it always brings me to the make a business page, i tried on a different browser and it gave the same results and I don't know what to do. I cleared my history completely, cleared all the cookies and other stuff restarted my pc just for some hopefully extra luck, and it still does it. Even decided hey why not I'll just make a business account to fix it, ((It didn't fix it)) I'm not really sure what to do from here, any ideas on how to fix this? Hopefully its me just being dumb and there's a super super easy simple fix

Ok, try clearing your browsers cookies/cache once again and restart device.

Then sign up from https://www.paypal.com/ca/for-you/account/create-account

The url in your gif has bizsignup in it so that was weird if you’re going for a personal account.
