PayPal blocks Russian accounts, im Spanish resident with Russian Citizenship

Hello! PayPal just announced that it will block all accounts of Russians on March 18th. I'm a Spanish resident with Russian citizenship and been living here for 13 years and I'm also in the process of applying for Spanish citizenship. My address and bank that are linked to my account are Spanish. I have nothing to do with Russia. 

Should I be worried about the block?

You are posting with a Spanish paypal account so should not be affected?
